STATUS: The Pony was at Rossmore at 1:38 pm PDT, running about a half-hour behind schedule. The map ETA seems to be fixed now.

STATUS: The Pony has reached the fish hatchery at Hazel Ave. at 12:53 pm PDT, running about 37 minutes behind schedule. FYI, the map ETA calculation has not worked since Folsom Museum, but we are working to correct the problem.

The first picture is the little old red schoolhouse on Malcom Dixon Road. Ron Norton, National Ham Radio Coordinator, is in the Red Subaru. This exchange is about 5 minutes from our home and is the place where we first got hooked on Pony Express. Outgoing rider mounted and ready for her ride is Denise Lockhart and the incoming rider ready to trailer her horse is Jenni Moser.
