STATUS: The Pony reached the Cold Springs, NV, exchange station at 7:20pm PDT, running 20 minutes behind schedule.

STATUS: We had the website crash for a couple hours or so, but are back online now. At 3:37pm PDT, the Pony rode by the Railroad Pass exchange station, running about an hour 37 minutes behind schedule. This group of ponies are running like their tails are on fire and continue to make up time. Next station: Cold Springs, Nevada. GO PONY!!

STATUS: The Pony is struggling a bit in central Nevada, running late. There was an unplanned, but thankfully, short-lived diversion that occurred. We are told that some fresh horses are just ahead, so we anticipate they will make up some time as the Pony progresses toward the Railroad Pass Exchange Station. Stay tuned to the map. The calculation keeps changing as more and more data (rider mph/time) is input into it. So, the estimated arrival time will become more and more accurate as the Rider gets closer to the next station.

STATUS: The mail was handed off to the next group at Overland Pass at 11:15pm and the rider is headed towards Grubb's Well.

STATUS: A suggestion from the Stablemaster: Choose a different basemap (third icon down with 4 squares, on upper right of map, ) to see the terrain that the Pony is covering in a different way. I'd suggest the Imagery choice. This allows you to appreciate the mountain ranges, narrow passes and vertical rises and descents that the Pony is having to navigate through this part of the Re-Ride. GO PONY!

STATUS: At 2:50pm PDT the Pony arrived at the Shellbourne Rest Area Station on Hwy 93 in Nevada. The Pony is running late by 2 hours and 35 minutes.

STATUS: The Pony is struggling over the mountainous regions of Nevada. At 1:30pm PDT, the Pony is in Spring Valley, with one more range to go, riding through Stage Canyon and Shellbourne Pass, heading over to the Hwy 93 Shelbourne Rest Area.

STATUS: The Pony reached Ibapah, UT, and turned the mochila over to the Nevada Riders at 6:40am MDT. The Pony is running on schedule, arriving at Ibapah only 10 minutes behind the actual scheduled time. The Pony will be on PDT now, riding on west in Nevada and California.
