Come meet some Pony Express Re-Riders at the Nevada Museum of Art Hands On! on Liberty Street from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM on June 11^th . Enjoy ‘The Horse’ Exhibit and get a chance to learn about the Pony Express.

Chautauqua Presentation by Kim Copél-Harris 11:00 AM & 2:00PM in the Theatre. Meet Warren Upson – Pony Express Rider –Learn the history of the Pony Express and famous riders who lived in Northern Nevada.

This year the Commemorative Letter will be a vignette of Pony Express history in Nevada of Friday’s Station.

The Pony Express will be celebrated by a re-run of the famed mail service. Over 700 riders and horses will carry mail by relay over the original trail, June 15-25.
