Penny Orrick of Easton, Missouri, is scheduled to arrive from Elwood, Kansas, on horseback in St. Joseph, Missouri, at 7:30 p.m. June 17. She will be the last of about 700 riders who will have relayed a mailbag from one horse and rider to another for 10 days straight.
