The National Pony Express Association re-ride passing through Tribland Friday, June 16, was running several hours behind schedule on Friday afternoon, according to an online update from the group.

As of 4 p.m., the eastbound re-ride was in rural Nuckolls County south of Edgar and was expected to reach Oak at 5:29 p.m., the NPEA stablemaster reported online.
