KEARNEY — The annual Pony Express Re-ride will be in the Kearney area next Wednesday.
Members of the National Pony Express Association commemorate the Pony Express with a 1,966-mile ride — 24 hours a day — through eight states over 10 days.
The two public viewing stops in Nebraska will be at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at Rock Creek Station State Historical Park near Fairbury and early Wednesday morning at Fort Kearny State Historical Park.
