Great job goes out to all the officials and volunteers to help put on Friday and Saturday’s Flaming Gorge Days celebration in Green River.
One of the highlights of Flaming Gorge Days is the Saturday morning parade. This year’s theme was “Heroes!” Yesterday, the Green River Parks and Recreation Department announced this year’s parade winners in various categories.
The winners:
Riverside Nursery – Mayor’s Choice Award (pictured above)
Green River High School Dance – Best of Show (Float)
Pony Express Best of Show (Non-float)
MAD Donkey Rides – People’s Choice Award.
